• English language skills – You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in care work – Previous hands-on experience in caring for others is essential. Whether in a professional or personal capacity, we value genuine, practical caregiving experience.

• Willingness to travel – Our clients live across South East England, so flexibility and a readiness to travel are vital.

• Willingness to work unsocial hours – Many care needs arise outside of regular working hours. A flexible attitude towards evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

• A valid driving licence – A valid driving license is essential because the service is mobile.

The following will be considered strong advantages:

• Medical training or experience – If you have nursing or other clinical experience, that’s a real plus.
